Craig is an education professional who strongly believes in the power of education for building a better, fairer, and healthier world. He has worked for over a decade in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) learning as a classroom teacher and within science centres and science festivals, helping to give learners of all ages access to skills for the 21st century. During this time, the pressing nature of the climate and ecological emergency has become more apparent, and the public’s awareness and demand for action has increased. This led Craig to become a champion for sustainability within his workplaces, eventually choosing to focus his career on sustainability and environmental education.
Craig’s work has taken him around the world where he has worked with diverse communities experiencing localised effects of climate change and environmental degradation. Collaborating with researchers and academics, he has built learning platforms for professionals to access dynamic training content centred on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, climate justice, and skills development. He regularly delivers in-person training workshops and gives lectures which take professionals’ understanding of environmental issues to the next level.
Craig is excited to work with you to build your knowledge and confidence around sustainability practices, and to help you become a sustainability leader in your workplace and beyond.
