Agustina drives change in the built environment practises so that unwanted products after their first use are rehomed enabling circularity in the economy. She is a consultant working with small enterprises disrupting traditional linear models.
She is currently an assessor for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership.
She worked as a Global Innovation Manager, leading Interface’s take back service in Europe. The company is a world-class player in the flooring industry and one of the most sustainable companies in the world as recognised for decades by GlobeScan. Agustina co-designed, tested with customers, and launched the take back service in the UK and paved the way for a roll out in Europe. She also led on partnerships to further circularity in the built environment by collaborating with BITC Circular Economy Taskforce. Agustina led the development of the resilient flooring recycling strategy in the US.
Prior to joining Interface, Agustina had many roles in the steel and consultancy industries, driving complex change in global settings: HR transformation, learning and development, and gender diversity among others. She supported Onpartu, a social enterprise to enable foreign-born women to reach opportunities that match their experience and education in London, leading on their curriculum and training development and delivery.
Agustina has lived in 5 countries. She is Iñaki´s mum and lives in London.
