Lindsey Rowe

Lindsey has been working in the software and telco industry for over 18 years across both SME and Corporate. Her career has spanned both private and public sector organisations, focused primarily on sales, operations and programme management. She’s been with SAP, the global leader in Enterprise Software for 7 years where she is Head of Strategic Programmes & Sustainability GTM. Her role spans across the COO function and operations, with strategic programmes across SAP’s Sustainability & Purpose strategy, Skills & Future Talent, including SAP’s award winning Internship programme.

She has a keen passion for Diversity & Inclusion, with specific focus on Neurodiversity in the workplace.
