  • How will Covid-19 affect this event?

    Our inaugural event will be hosted online, as a five-day Virtual Summit; however the 2022 annual schedule will be jam packed with a mix of online, hybrid and face-to-face events for our sustainability community. These will be run in-line with any government guidelines relating to Covid-19 and details will be published on each individual event page.

  • What are the show dates, opening hours and venue?

    SUSTx takes place live online on 24 – 28 January 2022 as a Virtual Summit. You will receive your login details 1 week before the event – these will come from Swapcard so please check your Junk folders as well as your Inbox. The whole platform will remain open for a full 30 days post-show so that you can revisit presentations, start discussions and keep networking for a full month.

  • Accessibility

    Should you need any special assistance to fully enjoy the event, please contact our Operations team on: ops@sustx.co.uk indicating the type and level of assistance you require. We will do our upmost to offer our support during your online experience at the Virtual Summit.

  • What makes SUSTx different?

While others offer insight on single organisational areas, SUSTx 2022 – our flagship event – gives your company a deep dive into a broad scope of topics to bring your whole team up to speed at once and accelerate your path to net-zero.

  • How do I access the presentations post event?

    Available presentations will be uploaded to the virtual event platform approximately 48 hours after the show. You will be able to watch sessions on-demand at your leisure, and ask your questions in our live discussion forums for a full 30-days post event.

    Please note that not all presentations maybe available on-demand, as some speakers request that their sessions aren’t recorded or shared.

  • Changes to the agenda

    Occasionally speakers and content may change before the event date due to policy updates or speaker unavailability. We will always try to keep this to a minimum.

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellations should be received in writing by replying to the booking confirmation email a minimum of 30 days before the date of the conference. Substitutions may be made at any time by replying to the booking confirmation email.

  • What is the ticket price?
