Tim is a trusted advisor and leader with 30 years of experience in improving global supply chains working within the Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Off-Site Construction, Consumer Goods and Leisure Sectors.
He lead the Digital Supply Chain programme at Digital Catapult, he works with a wide range of companies to deliver transformation in their supply chain and operations focused on strategy and network optimisation, digital supply chain, sustainability, S&OP, restructuring and operational excellence including lean. His recent projects include Unilever, Airbus, Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Siemens, Philips, Berkeley Group and Carnival.
Digital Catapult has extensive experience developing powerful ecosystems of partners from across sectors, as well as a strong track record in providing capabilities and facilities that offer real hands-on technology experience for businesses. They are currently leading the Made Smarter Innovation Digital Supply Chain Hub, a £25m programme to accelerate digital innovations in UK supply chains.
He has been instrumental in developing insights into global supply chain management and regularly speaks on these topics at conference platforms across Europe.
