Sam Allen

Sam Allen is the Head of Corporate Governance and Sustainability for the Adecco Group in the UK and Ireland. The Adecco Group is the world’s leading talent advisory and solutions company.

A solicitor with over 16 years of legal and compliance experience within the recruitment industry, Sam is responsible for advising on and implementing legislative changes across the UK and Ireland business, from industry-specific legislation to rolling out country-wide GDPR compliance.

With the introduction of new reporting requirements for private companies in 2019, Sam took on the additional role of non-financial and ESG reporting.

Sam also co-chairs the Adecco Group UK and Ireland’s Environment Committee and has been instrumental in driving initiatives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint over the last three years.

As part of her ESG role, Sam also leads on public affairs, advocating for policy changes and regulatory frameworks which reduce barriers to employment.
