Frederik Otto

Frederik Otto is the Global Head of Client ESG & Impact for Pontoon- the advisory and outsourcing practice of The Adecco Group, one of the world’s leading providers of human capital solutions and a Fortune Global 500 company.

He has over 15 years’ experience in global business and management. He started his career as an entrepreneur in 2007, and since 2012 Frederik has been a leader in consulting multinational companies on organisational and human capital strategy.

Frederik also is the founder of The Sustainability Board Report (TSBR) an independent non-profit think tank that examines different dimensions of sustainable leadership and corporate governance.

He is a member of The Council for Inclusive Capitalism, a movement of business and global leaders who are committing their organisations to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and trusted economic system; and a fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar, a non-profit organisation that aims to challenge current and future leaders to shape a better world. He also co-hosts the ‘Leadership Conversations by TSBR’ podcast where he interviews some of the world leaders in sustainable leadership.

Frederik holds several credentials in business administration and strategy from various international business schools.
