Partnership Media Group Limited (“we“, “us” or “our“) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We own and operate the Website and deliver the events for which you are able to register to attend through the Website (“Event”).

In this Privacy and Cookies Policy, references to “you” are to any person who submits data to us or the Website about him/herself or about any living individual in relation to use of the Website, Events or any other products and services that are available through the Website (the “ Services”). When you use the Website or aspects of it, including when booking Services, we may ask you to provide us with information about you. This Privacy and Cookies Policy (together with any other of our terms and conditions, and any other documents referred to in them) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.   1. Information we may we gather
    1. We may collect and process the following data about you:
      1. Your title, name, address, email address, telephone numbers, business name, payment details and such other contact details as we require. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Website or otherwise booking Services.
      2. Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Website. This includes information provided at the time of booking Services or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Website.
      3. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We use these to gain your permission to contact you about our wider range of products and services (under the range of Partnership Media Group Limited branded offers).
    3. Sometimes, we need your information to be able to contact you to provide the service, to honour the deliverables of a contract (e.g. Joining Instructions). In those cases, by signing up to the service you give us permission to send you service communications and we will not offer you the chance to opt-out from receiving those messages.

    1. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

    2. By attending the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded in a group setting at the Event. Where your badge/personal details are legible, we will contact you to seek your permission prior to publication.
    3. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor while attending the Event, you agree to provide that exhibitor or sponsor with your personal contact data, as per the terms and conditions you agreed to when you registered to attend the show. You consent to this personal data being transferred and accept that this exhibitor or sponsor may contact you about their products or services.
    4. By attending a specific content session (case-study, panel debate, keynote speech) at either a physical or virtual event, you consent personal data you provided to us will be shared with the sponsor organisation of that session, and that sponsors or exhibitors may be in contact with you about their products and services outside of the event.
    5. By attending a virtual event your name, job title and organisation name, and any other details you choose to populate your event profile with will be visible to all other attendees as well as sponsors and exhibitors of this event. Your contact details (email address, telephone number and postal address) will remain hidden.
    6. By attending a virtual event and connecting with any other attendee, sponsor or exhibitor, in doing so, you consent that the personal data you provided to us will be shared with them, and that sponsors or exhibitors may be in contact with you about their products and services outside of the event platform.
    7. By attending the Event, you consent that the personal data you provided to us may be shared with, where applicable and present, sponsors or exhibitors who take part in plenary sessions, who may be in contact with you about their products and services outside of the event platform.
    8. Please note that you can revoke any consent you have given us under this policy at any time by contacting us at privacy@pmgltd.co.uk, and referencing this Privacy and Cookies Policy in the email subject line, using the body of the email to say what consent you are revoking.
  1. Re-Marketing
    1. Any changes we may make to this Privacy and Cookies Policy in the future will be posted on the Website and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Each time you enter the Website, you agree that the Privacy and Cookies Policy current at that time shall apply to all information held by you.
    2. This website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing and Similar Audiences, LinkedIn Matched Audiences and Facebook Lookalike Audiences services to advertise on third party websites (including Google, LinkedIn and Facebook advertising networks) to previous visitors to our site or users with similar interests. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry, or users with interests similar to our previous visitors. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, on a site in the Google Display Network, or on Facebook and/or LinkedIn advertising networks. Third-party vendors, including Google, LinkedIn and Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and third parties advertising networks’ privacy policy.
