Amani Boros

Amani is establishing the Sustainability division for SSBI Gmbh which covers sustainability across the entire organisation, front to back, including building the Sustainability framework, managing client ESG interactions, integrating ESG into our business model, dealing with our disclosures and building a team.

She is also the founder and previous CEO of Amatte Group, a direct trade foods and coffee company that promotes Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices and in particular gender equality, traceability, and transparency. Amatte launched with Amatte Coffee, an innovative coffee company that’s doing exactly that. An all-female company empowering female farmers.

Before joining State Street, she was Head of ESG and ERM at Thompson Reuters and Head of Risk & Control, Sustainability Strategy, Advisory and Finance (SSAF) at Credit Suisse.

She is a passionate advocate of Diversity and Inclusion.
