The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (formerly known as OLEV), is a joint DfT-BEIS unit responsible for increasing uptake of ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs) in the UK to help improve air quality, meet our carbon goals, stimulate the UK economy and inward investment, and improve the energy security of supply.
Phil leads the teams responsible for consumer incentives to promote uptake of ULEVs; the Go Ultra Low public communications campaign; working with local authorities (including on cleaner buses and taxis) and programme managing OZEV’s work.
