Lorraine is the director of STAR Shared Service, her purpose is to provide a high-quality procurement service for Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford Councils, as well as NHS Tameside & Glossop, and NHS Trafford CCGs, who govern STAR through a Joint Committee, and doing this by following a responsible procurement strategy and championing social value.
