Karen Fraser recently joined Ipsos to create thought leadership for marketing leaders. Harnessing the resources of the Ipsos network, she will create reports on the political, cultural and societal trends that will impact brands in future.
Karen won a worldwide competition for a place on the Harvard Business Review: Breakthrough Ideas List for her work on ethics, environmental and social impact. She has an incomparable track record in setting the agenda for the UK ad industry as she ran the industry think tank Credos for 10 years, creating a publishing programme, including the ‘Advertising Pays’ series of reports on the £140bn contribution advertising makes to the UK economy.
Karen was awarded the MBE In the Queen’s 2017 New Years’ Honours list, for services to the advertising industry, equality and diversity. She also is a regular speaker at advertising industry events and has been interviewed on Radio 4 Today programme, Radio 5 Live, BBC online, The Economist, New Statesman, the FT among others. Her work has also featured on BBC 2’s Newsnight.
