Ivan Benitez

Ivan is a Director at Mitie, his  job is to work together with our clients and support their decarbonisation journeys with solutions from the Mitie broad range of capabilities.

He has more than 20 years of experience in facilities and energy management and he is a keen technology adopter, particularly on smart buildings and data analytics as enablers of efficiency and carbon reduction measures. He has been involved in all stages of the building lifecycle, including design, project management and facilities management. He is an advocate of the people’s role as a driving force towards decarbonisation.

Mitie is on a mission to decarbonise Britain one building at a time. They are a business champion of the construct zero programmes and have committed to becoming net-zero by 2025 for their operations and 2035 for our supply chain.
