Tammy Carter

Tammy has worked in the public sector for over 6 years, leading the Fleet team within CCS.  Prior to this, Tammy has over 20 years of fleet experience in the private sector where she was responsible for the procurement and management of a fleet of around 1,500 vehicles.  She has experience across the total fleet solutions including policy setting, risk management, procurement, contract management and key stakeholder engagement.

In her current role, Tammy leads the team on the creation, execution and evolution of the fleet strategies delivering commercial value and best practices across public sector fleets.  With a key focus on driving forward the adoption of ULEVs across the public sector through guidance and support. Tammy has recently been accredited as being the 13th most influential person in the Fleet industry in the UK.

Tammy is a Member of the Institute for Car Fleet Management (ICFM)
